We deliver across the local area. Orders over £100 within a 4-mile radius get FREE delivery! For locations further out, a delivery fee will be calculated based on distance. Contact us with your postcode and we'll confirm.
Yes! Setup is available with every hire. We'll deliver the equipment, set it all up for you, and collect it after your event. Orders over £100 within 4 miles include free delivery and setup.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the full payment details including bank account info.
Yes, a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required when making a booking. If you're a returning customer, your ID will already be on file from your previous hire.
We do not offer refunds on confirmed bookings. However, you can reschedule your event date subject to admin approval and availability. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change dates.
The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the hire period. If damage occurs, the client will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement. We recommend taking care of the equipment and reporting any issues immediately.
